Fried salmon patties

One 15 oz can pink salmon, one large sweet onion (shredded), bread crumbs (fine), canola oil.  Thoroughly mix mashed salmon meat with sweet onion and bread crumbs.  Add water as needed.  Form into patties.  Pan try with canola oil until brown.

Health Benefits: rich in high-quality animal proteins, low in saturated fats, moderate in carbohydrates, moderate in poly and mono unsaturated fats, high in omega-3 fatty acid. 

Sardine (3.5oz can) in tomato sauce and rice crackers

Health benefits: Low in calories, high in quality animal proteins, low in saturated fats, low in overall fats, low in carbohydrates, high in omega-3 fatty acid.  Ideal weight loss diet.

Tofu chicken soup

One 12 oz brick of tofu cut into half inch squares, one can chicken noodle or chicken rice soup, 2 cans water.  Bring to a boil.

Nanadee's Recipes

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz) 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix 1 cup milk 2 eggs Serve Total Time: 10 min 1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. 2. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. 3. In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate. 4. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Here is a bisquick one that kids love. its like eating a cheeseburger with a fork.

hello again my christian friends here is a very easy way to fix all time favorite of all the family my daughter peggy ( scooby ) taught me this one.......AND ITS CHEAP TO MAKE you will need 1 box of mac & cheese ( any brand ) grated cheese IMATAION, FAT FREE ( your kind you like ) sour cream your spices of choice and water ( no milk ) if you prefer to have milk in it, add a little after taking it out of the oven first time. when you are adding more cheese & sour cream. heat 2 cups water in microwave 5 min in the microwaveable and oven proof bowl, that you are going to put in oven with mixture at 350 degrees. make the sure the water is hot. to mix the dry cheese from box into water real good and i like to add a little bit of cut pieces of american cheese also. it ok that they don't melt = then you will add your macronie from box and a little spice and couple of table spoons of butter. stir all that together and put in oven at 350 for 20-/ 30 minutes check see if mac is tendar . take out stir real good and add shedded cheese you like ( i like to add some sharp and motellaza. stir one more time. put sour cream to cover the top and bake for 10 more minutes. it is easy and delious. be careful its very hot. if you like spices add pepper jack cheese to it with mozzera sheddad cheese ( for your cheese choice.) if you want to make a interesting, add pepparniae or ham cut up in small pieces. or any meat fix a salad and you got supper.... don't to forget to say grace before eating this delicious meal. SERVES 7 -8 (change servings and units) Ingredients * vegetable nonstick cooking spray * 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped * 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped * 1 garlic clove, minced * 1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped * 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained * 1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained * 3/4 cup tomato sauce * 3 tablespoons salsa * 1 tablespoon prepared mustard * 1/2 teaspoon cumin * 2 teaspoons salt * 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper * 1 teaspoon liquid smoke * bottled hot pepper sauce, to taste Directions : 1. Coat a large saucepan with the cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. 2. Add the green pepper, jalapeno pepper, garlic, and onion; saute until tender. 3. Add the remaining ingredients.
